For Highlight 2025, Burlington City Arts is once again welcoming revelers from far and wide to celebrate New Year’s Eve in our city’s vibrant downtown and Waterfront. Vermont artists, food vendors, musicians, and everyone in between come together to create a one-of-a-kind event that HIGHLIGHTS the best of Vermont.
