4:30-6:00pm Yoga with Kate Floyd: Flow & Restore

Join esteemed yoga teacher Kate Floyd for an all levels practice exploring pranayama (breathwork), a vinyasa flowing practice to build heat and find a moving meditation. We’ll cool down with restorative poses using props and close the practice with a meditation.

7:00-9:00 pm Chant in the New Year – Candlelight Kirtan with Jeanette Bacevius and Friends

Let your heart sing with Kirtan a call and response style of chanting.  Join Jeanette and friends as we dance, and play to welcome in the New Year. Chanting is mostly in Sanskrit as this practice comes from India and is part of the spiritual and devotional tradition of yoga. Musical instruments, drums, and shakers will accompany our practice. Chanting can be meditative, calming, energizing and invigorating. All voices are welcome.  No experience necessary.
